What are your hours of operation?

We are here to serve you Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm; with special extended & weekend hours for our customers under warranty or on one of our extended support contracts.

How soon can you get to my location if I have an issue?

Usually we can dispatch one of our technicians on site within a 24 hour window or sooner; however, most of our customers are setup through our LogMeIn account so we can resolve 90% of all issues within minutes of taking your call.

What is the warranty on the product that I purchase from you?

Each manufacture's warranty policies vary; however, for the most part the warranty on all of our products is one year from date of purchase

Can you give me a demo on a system?

We sure can, we will be glad to give you a demo on a system or cash register you are interested in, all you need to do is make an appointment at 773-862-9181 and we will be glad to show you different options that can work for you.

Can a technician come out to my location?

Absolutely, we offer on site service and it is also cover if your system has full 1 year warranty, otherwise call our office for current rates.

Do you have have loaners?

Yes we do, if your system fails; whether is a pc, printer, touch screen, scanner, cash register etc. We have s loaner to give you, a fee will be assessed only if the product is out of warranty.

Can you program my cash register?

We sure can, just give us a call and we can arrange to have your cash register program per your specification.

How long does it take to program my cash register?

It depends how extensive your menu is, however, on the average it takes between 1 to 3 hours.

Can you deliver or ship me supplies?

We sure can. We ship using UPS or FedEx at their normal rates.
We also deliver Via OUR Truck, provided that we are in the area.
