comprehensive warranty repair program in
the industry. We have direct access
manufactures parts ordering system. We work
hard to provide a smart and efficient means
to get you replacement part fast.
If all you need is routine or preventive
maintenance, talk with our services

printer cleaning and other services.
We also provide software installation and
data backup or transfer services.
Torres Electronic warrants all replacement part used will be free from defects in material or workmanship for 90 days from
date-of-purchase. Torres Electronic will repair or replace, at its option, parts found to be defective during that time. Repair any
installation labor is warranted for 30 days from day-of-purchse and limited to a redo of original work.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS WARRANTIES, OTHER THEN THE WARRANTY OF
TITTLE, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Some states do not allow limitation on how long implied warranty last or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so any such limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. You also have other rights that may vary from
state to state.
In no event shall Torres Electronic be liable for any consequential or incidental damage due to lost data/programs, defects in parts
or labor. The total liability of Torres Electronic shall in no event exceed the total sum paid to Torres Electronic for this repair. The
customer acknowledges that the estimate and actual fees reflect this limitation of liability and allocation of risk .
This service terms & conditions and the
check-in sheet constitute the entire
agreement between the parties. No
amendment to or modification of this
agreement will be binding unless it is
writing and signed by an authorized

A valid proof of purchase must be provided before any warranty work will be performed. I understand that software, software
configuration, virus detection/ removal, plastic parts, and some hardware adjustment are not covered by manufacturers warranties
and that normal Non-Warranty repair rates will apply.
A labor fee is due at time of check-in for diagnosing the problem, repairing, and final testing of the unit. This fee is due if any
portion of this service is provided. I understand that if i choose to have additional items installed or request other work, additional
labor charges will apply at normal posted  shop rates. I understand that  payment in full is due before any equipment can be
released by Torres Electronics.  
Requested repairs and/or installation
service may cause partial or complete
data loss from my equipment. I must
maintain backups and assume all
responsibility for restoring any lost data
or software. Torres electronic assumes
no responsibility for any software
program, data loss or restoration.
New, used, reconditioned or
re-manufactured parts may  be use in
warranty and non-warranty repairs.
All warranty and non-warranty parts
replaced under an exchange or core
basis will not be returned to me; other
replaced parts will be tendered to me.
Customers grants Torres Electronic a
security interest in and to the equipment
to secure payment of the charges
incurred hereunder. Any item's not
claimed and not paid for within thirty (30)
days of my declining repair, or Torres
Electronics' fist notification by the
customer. I authorize Torres Electronic  
to dispose of this abandoned equipment
including all data and programs.
We are factory certified to service all the products that we sell.

We can send a technician to your location, or invite you to our shop
with the equipment that you need repair or program.
